We work out where you actually are
An assessment call, its length set by your plan. Your history, your week, your injuries, what you can lift now, and what you have tried before.
TogetherPersonal coaching · Online, in three languages
A real coach, a roadmap you can see, and a plan that changes when your week does. You will always know where you are, what today is for, and what happens next.
Where we are going
Three sessions a week that survive a bad week, and a stronger squat.
Next milestone: Squat 45 kg for five, around week 8
Today
Full body and a walk
About 40 minutes. Session 3 of 3.
You have a roadmap
A plan that shows where you are starting, where you are going, and what we are working on right now. You can see your position in it at any moment, and so can your coach.
Written with you at your assessment. Not "get fit", but something specific enough to know when you have arrived.
Each one has a purpose and a milestone. You always know what this month is for, and why it is not the same as last month.
The gold marker. One second to find yourself in a six month plan, on any screen where the journey appears.
This week
Add weight to the squat, keep three sessions
Next milestone
Squat 45 kg for five, around week 8
Know what to do today
Open the app in the morning and there are four objects on the screen, never more. Today's session, today's habit, anything actually due, and one line saying why it matters.
Thursday
Good morning.
This weekAdd weight to the squat, keep the three sessions.
Today's session
Full body and a walk
Lighter session to finish the week, then twenty minutes outside.
Enough detail to know whether you have time, without opening anything.
Whatever you and David agreed to work on this cycle. Not a checklist of twelve things.
"Recovery day. This is part of the plan, not a gap in it." The app never says nothing to do.
Three sessions this week keeps you on track for the milestone. Today connected to the destination, in one sentence.
See that it is working
Consistency moves first, then strength, then the things you can see. BekeFit shows all of them separately, so a flat month on the scale does not wipe out a month where you trained eleven times out of twelve.
Week by week, three dots each. A light week shows as a light week. It is still the chart that changes first.
Sessions a week, a lift, a habit, a measurement. Chosen with David when the roadmap was built, not whatever happened to be in the database.
Any number that averaged strength against body weight against consistency would be invented. Each dimension is judged separately, with a plain verdict.
Week 3 was a one-session week. It is drawn as one session, and the four weeks after it are the point.
Your coach adapts the plan
Every week David looks at what actually happened against what was planned, and decides what changes. That decision is the service. The app is what makes it fast, and what makes it visible to you afterwards.
ActualTarget
Coach decision
The bar is what you did. The line is what was planned. Nothing in BekeFit turns red because you had a hard week.
Lowering a target during a heavy month is coaching, not failure. You see the old target, the new one, and why it changed.
David can change what is ahead of you. What you already did keeps the targets it had at the time.
What you read afterwards
Really good month. Eleven sessions out of twelve, and every session you moved you still did. That is the thing that makes this work.
Human coaching
Almost everyone who contacts me has done this before. The plan is not the hard part. Someone noticing whether it is working is the hard part.
David reads your check-in every week, writes your programme himself, and adjusts it on a call with you rather than by algorithm. Software runs the reminders and the tracking. The coaching decisions are his.
I have coached in gyms, in studios, in living rooms and in parks, in three languages, for twenty-one years. The people who kept going were almost never the ones with the best programme.
They were the ones whose plan survived a bad month, because someone adjusted it instead of waiting for them to fail. That is the thing I built BekeFit to make possible for more than twelve people at a time.
So the software does the remembering, the tracking and the reminding. The coaching stays with me.
How it works
The first four happen once. The last two happen every week for as long as you are coached, which is the part that makes the difference.
An assessment call, its length set by your plan. Your history, your week, your injuries, what you can lift now, and what you have tried before.
TogetherA destination specific enough to know when you have arrived. Written in your words, not in coaching jargon.
TogetherA coaching cycle in monthly phases, with a milestone in each. Plus the four or five things we will watch to know whether it is working.
DavidThe app tells you what today is. One session, one habit, one line on why it matters. Log it and move on with your day.
YouYour check-in every Monday, and the coaching calls your plan includes. Planned against actual, in front of both of us.
Together, every weekTargets move, exercises change, the phase shifts if it needs to. Then it goes back to step four with a plan that fits the month you are actually having.
David decidesWho this is for
Not athletes, not people with unlimited time. If any of these sound like the last few years, this is built for you.
“I have started four times and stopped four times.”
Starting is not your problem. The fifth week is. That is what the roadmap and the weekly review are for.
“I know roughly what to do. I just do not do it.”
Then you do not need more information. You need a plan sized to your actual week, and someone who notices when it slips.
“I want to be stronger without living in a gym.”
Three sessions a week, around 45 minutes. The programme is built around the time you have, not the time an athlete has.
“Every plan I find assumes I have nothing else on.”
Travel weeks, heavy work months and sick children are normal inputs here. The plan moves, and it is meant to.
“I am tired of being sold extremes.”
No 30 day challenges, no elimination diets, no guilt. Slower, and it lasts past March.
“I want to know it is working before the mirror tells me.”
Consistency and strength move first. You will see both of them long before body composition changes.
What you get
Monthly phases, milestones and a destination. Built for you after your assessment, not chosen from a menu.
Written by David for your gym, your schedule and your body. Revised on your plan's rhythm, not every twelve weeks.
On video, as often and as long as your plan includes. You talk, he adjusts.
Five questions on Monday morning. It is how the plan knows about your week before the week goes wrong.
A few things at a time, sized so you can actually do them. Not a checklist of twelve.
Consistency, strength, habits and body metrics, tracked separately and interpreted by your coach rather than by a score.
Send a set, get it looked at. As many a month as your plan includes.
Message support, answered within a business day, or the same day on Close Coaching if you write before 16:00.
