What I collect, why, who can read it, and how to get it changed or removed. I collect what coaching needs and nothing else.
Version terms-2026-10-01. Last updated 2026-10-01.
What I collect
Your name, email, phone and the language you read in.
What you tell me about your training: the days and time you have, your equipment, your injuries, pain or limits, and optionally your height and starting weight.
What you record while we work together: check-ins, training logs, goals, habits, food reflections, any technique video you send me, and my own coaching notes about you.
Your food plan, when we do one: how you eat, what you like, what you dislike, what you will not eat, anything you tell me you react to, the daily targets we agree, and the meals I write for you. I write down what you tell me, in your words. It is coaching, not clinical nutrition, and I do not diagnose or treat anything.
Payment records: what you paid, when, and the reference the payment provider gives it. No card number ever reaches BekeFit.
Why
To coach you. The injury and limit answers decide what your programme may contain; the check-ins and logs are the coaching itself; the payment records are the accounting.
Nothing here is used for advertising, sold, or given to anybody else.
Who can read it
I am the only person who reads it.
It is stored and processed by the services BekeFit runs on, and only those: Cloudflare, which is the system itself; PayPal, and Tranzila if you pay by card, which handle the payment; EZcount, which issues your receipt; PostHog, which counts how the website and the app are used; and whatever service is hosting a video you send me.
What is counted, and where
I count how the website, the client app and my own console are used, so I can see which parts help and which ones people get stuck on. In your browser, this is a fixed list of moments — a screen opened, a workout finished, a check-in started — with codes, yes or no answers and numbers beside them.
Counting in the browser never happens inside the Android app, and it never happens if your browser says Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Separately, BekeFit's own records send the same counter a fixed list of moments from the coaching itself — for example that a payment settled, that access was granted or ended, that you signed in, that a check-in was filed and which week it belongs to, that a roadmap was published, that a nutrition plan changed, that a safety flag was raised during a workout. It is THAT each of these happened, never what was in it. These come from my system rather than from your browser, so they happen whatever device you used, the Android app included, and whatever your browser says about tracking. They are facts my own records already hold, and they carry nothing you wrote.
What you type is never counted, by either route: not your name, email or phone, not your check-in answers, not notes, foods, allergies, goal wording, weights or any health value.
Before you sign in, browser counting is an anonymous visit. After you sign in, and for everything my records send, it is tied to your internal BekeFit id, which is not your email and not your name. Signing out ends the link in the browser.
The counting is done for me by PostHog Inc. on servers in the United States. PostHog keeps a small identifier in your browser so a returning visit is recognised as the same one. There is no session recording, no automatic capture of what you click, no heatmaps and nothing for advertising.
Your choices
Ask me at any time to show you everything I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@bekefit.com.
I do this by hand rather than through a button, so allow a couple of weeks. I will tell you when it is done.
One thing cannot be deleted: a receipt. Israeli tax records have to be kept for the statutory period, and that applies whatever else is removed.
How long I keep it
There is no automatic deletion and nothing here expires on its own. Anything you ask me to remove, I remove.
In practice I delete a technique video once the review is written, and I do not keep a lead's answers indefinitely if they never became a client. Those are choices I make, not a mechanism that runs without me, and this page will say otherwise on the day that changes.
Where the answers go
The health questions asked before payment are read by me before I write your programme. They are a safety screen, not a medical assessment: they are never scored, never interpreted clinically, and never used to accept or refuse you automatically.
If an answer needs a conversation, I start one.
